How to care for and maintain your product
-
Care and proper maintenance allow you to best preserve the performance of our products on your hair. In particular, we suggest these very simple instructions for each of our products:
-
Pneumatic brushes
We suggest you clean the brush once a week.
To remove excess hair, first use your hands, a comb or the brush cleaning comb that you can find on our website and then, only when necessary, wash the brush by cleaning with warm water and a little neutral soap.
Avoid wetting the air cushion and exposing it to excessively hot air flows.
Rinse thoroughly, removing soap, dirt, hair and oils.
Then let it air dry.
We recommend that you do not apply harsh chemicals and oils directly to the brush.
-
Brushes with natural bristles
We suggest you clean your dry brush once a week.
To remove excess hair, first use your hands, a comb or the brush cleaning comb that you can also find on our website and then, only when necessary, and in any case no more than 3-4 times a year, wash it.
When you wash it, remove excess hair from the brush and swirl it in a bowl of warm water with a little neutral soap.
Rinse thoroughly, removing all soap, dirt, hair and oils.
Then let it air dry.
Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can make natural bristles brittle.
We recommend that you do not apply harsh chemicals and oils directly to the brush.
-
Combs
For the best care of your comb we recommend:
DO NOT apply chemicals. Use only neutral detergents.
DO NOT use water that is too hot and/or boiling because the high temperatures of the water will cause the comb to bend.
DO NOT use a hair dryer on too high a temperature as this may bend the comb.
