For deliveries in Italy, shipping costs are €7 including VAT. For deliveries in foreign countries, shipping costs are €15 including VAT. Shipping is free if the order exceeds €100 including VAT.

Normally orders are shipped and delivered in 2/5 working days depending on the area of residence. For deliveries in Italy the times are 2/3 days for Northern and Central Italy, and 3/5 days for Southern Italy and the Islands.

Once the order has been paid for, we can no longer make changes and/or additions, but if the order has not been entrusted to the courier, we can cancel it and issue a refund, so that you can do it again.

If the courier has delivered a package that is visibly damaged, take a photo of the package before opening it and check that the order has not been damaged. If there is damage, send an email with photos attached within 7 days of receipt to customercare@kohinoorshop.it . Within 24 working hours, the staff will respond transparently with all the necessary information depending on the case presented.

Our products are designed and made in Italy by the skilled hands of our craftsmen. Visit the OUR ART section of the site to learn more. Only a limited production of combs is made in non-EU countries. You can find this specification in the product description on our online catalog.
